Role Overview

We seek a Senior Creative Copywriter with both strategic insight and creative finesse to lead our email marketing content and broader campaigns. This role demands ownership of messaging architecture and brand voice evolution, collaborating closely with the Creative Director to sharpen and advance Mira's communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the email marketing strategy and management, crafting campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement with ongoing testing and refinement.
• Apply strategic thinking across multiple channels, producing compelling copy for landing pages, advertisements, in-app messages, and brand communications that align with overarching strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain campaign messaging frameworks and elaborate messaging hierarchies that guide all creative outputs during launches and repositioning.
• Continuously assess and enhance messaging, suggesting innovative perspectives to evolve the brand voice and positioning.
• Partner strategically with creative, design, product, and marketing teams to fuel collaborative improvements and innovative messaging.
• Monitor performance metrics for email and conversion efforts, bringing informed data-driven adjustments and fresh frameworks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of professional copywriting experience, including at least 2 years specializing in email marketing or direct response copywriting.
• Proven expertise crafting intentional copy across multiple channels with strategic impact.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating both creative excellence and strategic campaign contributions.
• Analytical ability to interpret marketing data and iterate accordingly.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity with confidence to produce clear, impactful content from initial briefs.
• A well-defined communication philosophy articulating why certain copy works.

Preferred Experience

• Background in wellness, beauty, or femtech industries is advantageous.
