Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Executive for Administration and Electronic Data Processing who is a graduate preferably in Computer Applications or IT. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of hardware, networking, ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and information security principles. This role also includes responsibilities in vendor and facility management, procurement coordination, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops and laptops.
• Ensure efficient operation of ERP systems and provide necessary support.
• Oversee information security basics to protect company data.
• Handle vendor relationships and coordinate facility management activities.
• Assist in procurement processes and manage asset inventories.
• Maintain and report on management information systems (MIS).

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation preferably in Computer Applications or related IT fields.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Experience with networking fundamentals and information security.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage vendors and coordinate with procurement and facility teams.
