Service Engineer CNC / Machine Cutting Tool

About the Company

Our client is a leading healthcare organization in India specializing in the distribution of medical devices, surgical consumables, and IV fluids. They operate as a sole vendor for over 8,500 SKUs and manage 13 distribution centers across major cities throughout the country.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, erection, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of CNC machines. This includes offering both pre-sales and post-sales technical consultation and support to customers, as well as delivering application assistance to end-users. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in servicing machine cutting tools industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct installation, erection, and commissioning of CNC machines.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines and related equipment.
• Provide technical consultancy during pre- and post-sales phases to customers.
• Support end-users with application-related queries and issues.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience working with aluminum, woodworking, and glass processing CNC machine tools.
• Knowledgeable in machine repairs, electronic controls, PLC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills specific to CNC machinery.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in any specialization or Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics and Communication Engineering is required.
