Production Operations

• Oversee and regulate the production processes of Ethanol and Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) during assigned shifts to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain flawless functioning of critical units including fermentation, distillation, and rectification systems.
• Meet production targets specified for each shift in alignment with the plant’s operational schedule.
• Continuously monitor key process parameters and implement corrective measures to uphold product quality and maximize yield.
• Strive to reduce production wastage and enhance the effective use of available resources.

Shift Management

• Provide leadership and supervision to operators, technicians, and other shift personnel.
• Assign tasks and evaluate the performance of the workforce during the shift.
• Ensure efficient and accurate shift handover and takeover between supervisors.
• Maintain comprehensive shift logs and detailed production documentation.
