Role Overview

This full-time Site Engineer position is based on-site in Dubai, overseeing daily construction and installation activities involving aluminium and glass works. The engineer ensures all processes align with project drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and direct installation crews on site.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, consultants, and site teams to maintain workflow and address site issues.
• Conduct quality inspections, verify measurements, and ensure materials and workmanship meet company and regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed site reports and maintain accurate documentation related to the project progress and inspections.
• Support inspection processes and contribute to ongoing improvements in site operations and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong abilities in on-site supervision and management of construction activities, working alongside multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with project participants, clients, contractors, and suppliers, and for report generation.
• Experience with quality control, including material and workmanship inspections, safety standard adherence, and project specification compliance.
• Educational background in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, preferably with experience in aluminium, glass, or façade systems.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings, familiar with relevant codes, standards, and basic project management principles.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to perform under strict deadlines in dynamic project environments.
• Knowledge and enforcement of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Experience working within the UAE construction sector and valid local work eligibility is advantageous.
