Role Overview

The Store Crew position is an entry-level opportunity tailored for flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle. Key duties include cash handling, fuel transaction processing, cleaning, stocking, and for some foodservice roles, preparing food and ensuring food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute cashier duties and handle customer service interactions gracefully.
• Perform regular stocking and store cleaning activities.
• Conduct fuel transactions accurately and manage cash handling tasks.
• Maintain food preparation standards and food service safety protocols.
• Promote the company’s rewards loyalty program to customers.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and eagerness to meet and surpass customer expectations.
• Commitment to keeping the store environment clean and safe at all times.
• Capability to prepare and present food items appropriately, including popular beverages like coffee.
• Proficiency in cash handling and fuel transactions.
• Adherence to health and food code regulations.
• Physical ability to multitask, withstanding frequent bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Work Environment and Culture
