Role Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for managing daily retail store operations while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures. This leadership role is vital for the success of our retail services and requires close collaboration with Optometrists to ensure excellent customer service. The manager provides mentorship and coaching to store personnel to enhance sales techniques and customer engagement.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates include those with backgrounds in retail or healthcare sectors, although optical industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Successful applicants will be effective and compassionate leaders, possessing strong organizational skills, the ability to think quickly, and make sound decisions that support brand growth.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience as an Assistant Store Manager or equivalent retail management role.
• Proven experience managing budgets and staff scheduling aligned with local labor laws.
