Primary Responsibilities

• Compose high-caliber technical articles, blogs, landing and product pages, and user manuals.
• Develop comprehensive product documentation, feature updates, FAQs, tutorials, and help articles.
• Conduct in-depth research of intricate technical subjects, delivering user-friendly explanations.
• Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Marketing to ensure accuracy and engagement.
• Enhance content for search engines while preserving clarity and usefulness to readers.
• Create launch materials, release notes, and detailed feature documents.
• Produce comparison analyses, technical clarifications, and educational content.
• Regularly review and refresh existing materials to maintain correctness and relevance.
• Uphold consistent tone, style, and brand voice across all product communications.
• Keep abreast of emerging technology trends, AI advancements, and industry standards.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 2 to 5 years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or marketing related to technology.
• Exhibits excellent English writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of comprehending and clearly explaining technical concepts.
• Demonstrates strong research capabilities and analytical thinking.
• Experienced in creating content for software, SaaS, AI, APIs, or other tech products.
• Has foundational knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Works effectively with engineering and product development teams.
• Shows excellent organizational skills and manages time efficiently.
