Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Technical Product Manager with a solid technical background to take full ownership of developing, delivering, and maintaining our HealthTech SaaS platform and its integration with Shopify. This position is based in Dubai and involves leading the product from concept and architecture to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle of the SaaS platform—from ideation, requirements, and scoping to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing refinement.
• Drive the strategy and execution of platform integrations with the Shopify ecosystem and other core SaaS technologies.
• Lead Agile processes, including backlog management, authoring detailed user stories, and sprint planning leveraging Jira.
• Collaborate on design using your expertise in UI/UX principles and Service Design to ensure the platform is user-friendly, accessible, and tailored to healthcare stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance by partnering with engineering teams to review software architecture, APIs, and development decisions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least three years of hands-on product management experience in software or SaaS environments.
• Direct work experience within HealthTech, medical, or healthcare companies.
• Demonstrated success in building and launching a software platform from initial conception through release.
• Advanced proficiency working with Jira and familiarity with the Shopify platform.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes and Service Design methodologies.
• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate immediately to Dubai, UAE for this full-time position.
• Technical background with software development knowledge; practical experience or familiarity with PHP Laravel is a distinct advantage.
