About the Role
Raksha Elite Solutions is urgently looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join their growing commercial team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves managing complex business-to-business sales cycles in the industrial and process equipment sector with nationwide travel requirements of 30-40%. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a dynamic portfolio of 15 to 25 active enquiries and drive them to successful closures.
- Lead ongoing client engagement including follow-ups, price negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely proposal generation.
- Take full ownership of the sales funnel from enquiry receipt through proposal, negotiation, and purchase order receipt.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce.
- Interface with key clients including EPC contractors, refineries, and various industrial sectors across India.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum five years of professional experience in technical sales for industrial or process equipment.
- Proven track record selling products including but not limited to heat exchangers, pressure vessels, boilers, fired heaters, flare systems, thermal oxidisers, gas handling equipment, and skids.
- Strong expertise in handling capital equipment sales, typically with deal sizes over ₹500,000.
- Demonstrated ability to manage extended sales cycles ranging from two to twelve months.
- Familiarity and comfort in engaging with procurement and engineering stakeholders.
- Degree holder with a B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience conducting commercial negotiations and successfully closing deals.
- Proficient in CRM usage, especially tools like Zoho or Salesforce.
Preferred Additional Experience
- Knowledge in combustion systems, flaring processes, gas processing, or biogas technologies.
- Experience working with EPC/LSTK project sales environments.
- Understanding of industry standards such as ASME, API, and PESO.
- Exposure to international sales is advantageous.
Who Should Not Apply
This role is not suitable for candidates from FMCG, pharmaceutical, IT/SaaS, retail, inside sales, or distributor-led sales backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹80,000 along with standard employee benefits.

This is not a lead generation role but rather a position for sales professionals who are adept at independently owning and driving sales deals to completion within complex B2B contexts.
