Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support to customers, addressing their technical issues effectively.
• Work collaboratively as a team member and communicate efficiently with various stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware problems on multiple platforms including Windows 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft environments.
• Operate independently within a diverse international team to resolve bugs and issues promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills essential.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Ability to work rotational shifts on a 24/7 schedule, including day and night shifts with two days off per week.
• Immediate joining availability is mandatory.

Additional Information

• Work Location: Onsite in Noida with mandatory office attendance.
• Shift Duration: 10 hours per shift with rotational shifts.
• Compensation: Competitive salary range from INR 4,50,000 to 6,00,000 per annum including incentives and shift allowances.
