Telecaller

About the Role

Urban Rentals is seeking an enthusiastic and self-assured Telecaller to become a part of our expanding team in Zirakpur, Punjab. This role involves engaging with real estate dealers and brokers to promote Urban Rentals, generating and qualifying leads for our Field Sales team, and ensuring smooth coordination through scheduling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to real estate dealers and brokers to present and introduce Urban Rentals.
• Identify and qualify potential leads to support the Field Sales team’s efforts.
• Arrange appointments and consistently follow up with prospective dealer partners.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic skills in computer usage.
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is advantageous, though candidates new to the field with strong communication capabilities are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

The position offers an annual package of ₹200000 along with incentives based on performance.
