About the Role
Greater Than Educational Technologies, part of the Narayana Group, is looking for a Telecaller to support customer communication and day-to-day coordination for its education platform. The role involves speaking with users, updating records, following up on pending items, and assisting with related office and process work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Reach out to customers for follow-ups and gather feedback.
- Guide users over the phone and help resolve queries.
- Coordinate follow-ups for office-related tasks.
- Collect any missing details from users when needed.
- Handle email communication as part of the workflow.
- Support additional process and management-related activities as assigned.
Eligibility
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience may apply. The role is open to any graduate or undergraduate candidate with strong communication skills. Applicants should be comfortable using at least one of these languages fluently: Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, or Hindi. Both freshers and experienced candidates are mentioned as eligible in the additional requirements, though minimum experience is also stated.
Requirements
- Good spoken communication skills.
- Comfort with CRM data entry and email handling.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Fluency in English and Hindi speaking is required, with additional fluency in at least one of Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, or Hindi accepted.
