Job Overview

Aradhya Associates is currently seeking Telecalling Executives focused on Loan Recovery. The primary duty involves contacting clients to follow up on pending loan payments and meeting set recovery goals.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding their overdue loan payments
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure collection of pending amounts
Achieve monthly recovery targets as defined by the company

Compensation Details

The position offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹10,000 along with attractive incentives based on performance.
