Telecalling Executive

About the Role

Alshifa Cupping Clinic, based in Chennai, is seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into confirmed appointments, and clearly communicating information about the clinic's services and treatments.

Key Duties

• Professionally manage inbound and outbound telephonic communications.
• Follow up diligently on leads to secure confirmed appointments.
• Provide clear explanations regarding the clinic's treatments and benefits to prospective patients.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
• Establish and sustain positive relationships with patients.
• Meet monthly goals for appointments and conversions.
• Collaborate with the clinic team for efficient scheduling of appointments.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling roles.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills; fluency in Tamil is essential, with English or Hindi as an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, with familiarity in CRM systems being preferable.
• Ability to manage objections and successfully convert leads.
• A proactive, positive attitude combined with a focus on targets.
