UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Execute user research activities including interviews and usability studies to identify user needs and behaviors.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs to illustrate design concepts clearly.

• Design visually appealing, consistent interfaces across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, design systems, UI components, and visual elements like typography and icons.

• Translate business needs into effective and user-friendly design solutions.
• Work in partnership with developers to verify accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Marketing teams, and stakeholders for product advancement.
• Participate actively in product discussions, providing design insights and recommendations.
• Support product development processes from concept inception through launch.
• Review deployed designs and suggest enhancements for continual improvement.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Preferred experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in UI/UX, product design, or web interface development.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, problem-solving skills, and design thinking.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Deep understanding of user experience principles, research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experienced in producing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and managing design systems.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and front-end development concepts is advantageous.
• Excellent visual design skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capable of juggling multiple tasks and delivering within tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
