User Experience Designer

About the Role

Join a research project focused on creating exceptional user experiences by designing, evaluating, and refining UX/UI scenarios for sophisticated web applications and workflows bridging design and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze comprehensive UX/UI product scenarios covering complete digital experiences.
• Create functional web flows such as checkout, onboarding, booking, and account management processes.
• Construct and manage component-driven design systems ensuring visual consistency throughout interfaces.
• Convert product requirements into detailed, interactive UI designs supported by thorough engineering handoff documentation.
• Evaluate designs for technical compliance, responsiveness, and feasibility of implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise with leading UX/UI design software, notably Figma.
• Proven track record designing complex web solutions including e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, customer portals, or internal dashboards.
• Familiarity with front-end development limitations, responsive design standards, and efficient design-to-engineering collaboration workflows.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams such as product management, engineering, and data analytics.
• Robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for functional web applications.

Additional Information

• Position Type: Hourly contract
• Hourly Rate: Between 150 and 200 USD
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote
