Job Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional client experiences by promptly addressing requests and grievances, proactively communicating, and exploring innovative problem-solving methods.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles prior to parking, documenting any observations.
- Clearly communicate valet pricing to customers.
- Comply with all traffic regulations and prioritize safe driving practices.
- Report incidents such as accidents, hazards, unusual events, and policy breaches to supervisors immediately.
- Familiarize yourself with local main roads, landmarks, and highways to enhance customer transit experiences.
- Maintain punctuality and professional appearance by arriving in clean uniform and adhering to dress standards throughout shifts.
- Support management with additional tasks as required.
Requirements
- Possess a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and current address.
- Capability to operate manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evening, night, and weekend shifts.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with proper documentation available upon hiring.
- Strong communication skills to provide accurate information and professionally handle customer concerns.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to manage currency and comprehend instructions, emails, and memos.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, adapt calmly to unexpected changes or delays.
Physical Requirements
The position entails frequent standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and equipment, occasional sitting, climbing or balancing, and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations for disabilities may be considered.
