Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor experienced with online inventory management and fulfillment operations to join Dream Care Furnishing Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi-NCR. This position involves overseeing warehouse activities primarily related to e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Zepto.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise warehouse operations with a focus on online fulfillment processes.
• Possess in-depth understanding of order processing mechanisms across major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Zepto.
• Execute hands-on management of fulfillment types including Flex, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), and Smart Fulfillment.
• Conduct and oversee warehouse audits specifically for Flex; experience with FBA and Flipkart audits is preferred.
• Handle extensive inventories involving a large number of SKUs efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing aligned with platform requirements.
• Employ advanced Microsoft Excel skills for inventory management and reporting.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong familiarity with online warehouse operations and multi-platform order processing.
• Experience working with fulfillment models such as Flex, FBA, and Smart Fulfillment.
• Prior involvement in warehouse audits related to these fulfillment systems.
• Proven capability in managing large-scale inventories and SKU databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and inventory tracking.

Compensation

This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to 30,000.
