Key Responsibilities
- Working varied shift schedules flexibly
- Using an automated Voice Pick system to prepare customer orders accurately
- Constructing secure and stable pallets
- Handling products weighing up to 60 pounds
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks efficiently and safely
- Completing all tasks with safety and efficiency as priorities
- Filling out necessary reports and documentation
- Following directions from team leadership precisely
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid AZ driver’s license with a clean safety record
- Completion of High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent
- Strong teamwork skills
- Physical fitness suitable for demanding tasks
- Basic literacy and numeracy to complete paperwork correctly
- Assets: Experience with walkie rider, forklift operation, or previous warehouse exposure
