Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Webflow Developer on a part-time basis to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-caliber Webflow websites. This fully remote role allows for working from anywhere, involving collaboration with designers and various stakeholders to transform wireframes into fully functional, responsive web pages.

Key Responsibilities

Craft responsive websites using Webflow with a focus on cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Integrate complex interactions, animations, and CMS features to boost user engagement.
Enhance website performance by optimizing load times and adhering to web accessibility standards such as WCAG.
Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues with effective solutions.
Work in close partnership with design teams to ensure consistency with brand identity across digital platforms.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of three years practical experience with Webflow, including CMS and e-commerce projects.
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, capable of producing clean and maintainable code.
Expertise in responsive and mobile-first design methodologies.
Thorough knowledge of SEO techniques and compliance with web accessibility guidelines.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently within a remote setup.

Compensation

The role offers an hourly wage ranging between $35 and $50.
