Role overview

The intern will be the initial contact for leads coming from advertising and marketing efforts, help understand client needs, and support communication between prospects, designers, and the projects team. The role also includes maintaining customer records in Excel and contributing to day-to-day design and coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first touchpoint for leads generated through marketing and advertising activity.
• Reach out to potential clients to learn about their requirements and project goals.
• Arrange introductory discussions between clients and the design team.
• Reply quickly and professionally to incoming queries.
• Create a welcoming experience and build trust with prospects.
• Collaborate with senior designers throughout different phases of interior design projects.
• Assist with project execution and routine design-related work.
• Help coordinate tasks so communication and delivery remain seamless.
• Set up meetings between qualified prospects and the Projects Team.
• Keep customer details accurately updated in Excel.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin between 22nd Jun'26 and 27th Jul'26, can commit for 3 months, and have relevant skills and interest in the field.

Other requirements

• Genuine interest in interior design, architecture, luxury lifestyle, or home improvement.
• Prior experience in managing digital marketing leads is preferred.
