About the Internship

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Operations Intern to contribute to the coordination, communication, and implementation of healthcare initiatives. This internship provides practical exposure to healthcare operations, engagement with medical professionals, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in establishing and managing partnerships with hospitals, clinics, oncologists, and healthcare providers.
  • Keep databases of medical contacts, partners, and outreach activities updated and organized.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with healthcare stakeholders for collaborative projects and patient support programs.
  • Create and manage Google Forms for gathering data related to partnerships, outreach, and feedback collection.
  • Compile and interpret data on medical partnerships, patient interactions, and program efficiency.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for drafting emails, producing reports, and optimizing operational workflows.
  • Coordinate efforts among internal teams to ensure seamless execution of healthcare projects.
  • Assist with onboarding new medical collaborators and maintain professional relationships.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, ensure data confidentiality, and comply with organizational guidelines.
