About the Internship
Peak Dynamic Sports is seeking a PR & Experience Curation intern to support our team in building a strong fitness culture through impactful communications and engaging event experiences. This internship offers hands-on exposure to large-scale endurance events and corporate wellness programs, focusing on media relations, brand messaging, and event participant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare press releases, media pitches, and detailed post-event public relations reports along with corporate communication content.
- Develop and maintain media contact databases, monitor press mentions, and manage media kits for sponsor interactions.
- Collect and archive testimonials and multimedia content, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Investigate and identify awards, speaking engagements, and industry platforms to increase visibility.
- Design and oversee the 'athlete village/race expo' layout, vendor assortment, and participant traffic flow.
- Source and onboard local vendors, artisans, and brands suitable for event participation.
- Collaborate with internal teams on logistical planning, vendor coordination, permissions, and event implementation.
- Maintain comprehensive trackers for outreach activities, vendor expenses, and project progress.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and assist with event execution on-site.
Candidate Profile
- Available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between July 24, 2026 and August 29, 2026 for a duration of six months.
- Possess relevant skills and interests in PR, communication, event coordination, and sports.
- Women interested in starting or resuming their careers are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills and Experience
- 0 to 1 year experience in public relations, communications, journalism, or event coordination.
- Strong writing abilities to craft pitches, concept notes, and outreach messages.
- Comfort with performing cold outreach to media representatives, vendors, and partners.
- Basic knowledge of spatial planning and understanding of efficient event flow.
- Organized and dependable with excellent follow-up and project management habits.
- Ability to handle simple budget tracking and cost management.
- Genuine enthusiasm for sports, endurance events, and live experiential formats.
- Resourceful, curious, and able to adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
Additional Details
- Monthly stipend of ₹15,000 is provided.
- Travel, accommodation, and meal expenses during events will be covered by the company.
- Opportunity to engage directly with company leadership and participate in all stages of event planning and PR execution.
