About the Internship

This internship offers selected individuals the opportunity to engage directly with social development activities, focusing on education and community involvement. The role involves teaching children, preparing detailed reports, conducting field visits to maintain effective communication with stakeholders, and developing all necessary educational materials including presentations and handouts. Coordination with school administration, including principals and teachers, to organize schedules and venues for training sessions is also a crucial part of the role. Participants will attend team meetings and training programs to enhance their knowledge and skills in social work.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Delhi.
• Internship start dates must be between July 29, 2026, and September 2, 2026.
• Availability to commit for the entire one-month duration is required.
• Preference will be given to female candidates, but all interested individuals with relevant skills and interests are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should be prepared for fieldwork, including travel to schools and community locations.
• Education qualifications ranging from graduation to postgraduate degrees including BSW, MSW, and MBA are acceptable.
• Applicants must be willing to dedicate their full working hours, Monday through Saturday, to this internship.

Stipend and Benefits

• The stipend ranges from ₹3,000 to ₹16,000 per month, comprising a fixed pay between ₹2,000 and ₹10,000, plus incentives between ₹1,000 and ₹6,000.
• Interns will receive a certificate upon completion and a letter of recommendation acknowledging their contributions.
