Pancy Education Society is seeking dedicated Academic Coordinators for two distinct school segments located in Jaipur's Murlipura area. Applicants must reside within a 5 to 6 km radius of the school premises to ensure prompt availability and a commitment to long-term stability.

School Coordinator for Nursery to Grade V

This role involves managing foundational learning programs that promote comprehensive development through activity-centered pedagogy and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for young learners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of curriculum aligned with Early Childhood Education (ECE) standards.
• Track developments in phonics, numeracy skills, motor coordination, and engaging activity-based teaching methods.
• Carry out regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to educators.
• Implement play-way techniques, experiential learning, and child-focused instructional practices.
• Organize theme-based activities, cultural celebrations, and orientation sessions for parents.
• Maintain standards for child safety, hygiene, and emotional health.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and address any parental queries or concerns.
• Supervise preparation of lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment approaches.
• Facilitate smooth transitions from Kindergarten to Grade 1.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree with credentials in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, or Early Childhood Education certification.
• Three to five years of pre-primary teaching experience.
• Sound knowledge of child psychology and key developmental stages.
• Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication, and effective classroom management skills.

School Coordinator for Grades VI to XII

This position requires ensuring academic discipline, smooth subject coordination, and structured preparation tailored for secondary education students.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage subject teachers and ensure syllabus completion per academic schedules.
• Conduct lesson plan audits and organize subject-wise meetings periodically.
• Monitor both formative and summative student assessments.
• Implement remedial classes and enrichment opportunities for students.
• Develop examination timetables and evaluation procedures.
• Integrate practical learning experiences and project-based assessments.
• Handle disciplinary matters, provide adolescent counseling, and student mentoring.
• Keep academic records and compliance documentation updated.

Qualifications and Skills

• Postgraduate degree with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
• Five to seven years of teaching experience, preferably in upper primary or middle school levels.
• Proven expertise in academic strategy, coordination, and departmental management.
