Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily office operations, ensuring effective management of front desk and maintaining a secure, well-organized workplace.
- Handle scheduling duties such as managing executive calendars, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for staff members.
- Maintain both physical and electronic records including contracts, employee documents, and organizational databases.
- Oversee procurement activities by tracking and replenishing office supplies, managing inventory, and liaising with vendors for favorable terms.
- Provide support across departments by assisting HR with employee onboarding and payroll, as well as helping finance teams with invoice and expense processing.
Eligibility
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline to apply for this role.
