Adobe Analytics Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Analytics Developer with at least five years of expertise to join our Singapore-based team. This role involves implementing and refining Adobe Analytics solutions to support data-driven strategies and enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and decode the business logic and technical framework of the Changi App.
• Understand the functional and business objectives that the Adobe Analytics tracking must fulfill.
• Examine design aspects alongside the Tag Management System to formulate effective tagging solutions.
• Develop and carry out a comprehensive Adobe Analytics tagging strategy considering critical factors such as:
• Collaborating with CAG to pinpoint key user interactions like clicks, form submits, and downloads for tracking, establishing appropriate event names, labels, and parameters.
• Utilizing custom variables for capturing additional data including user attributes, sessions, or contextual information.
• Ensuring that tracking implementations adhere to existing standards for consistency and ease of use.
• Configuring the CAG Adobe Analytics Report Suite including processing rules, variable creation, and customizing workspace dashboards.
• Documenting a detailed implementation plan for frontend developers to execute the required tracking codes.
• Conducting thorough post-deployment testing across multiple browsers and devices to verify accurate tagging, using debugging and developer tools.
• Collaborating closely with frontend development teams to confirm that the tracking implementation meets acceptance criteria and aligns with sprint timelines and delivery deadlines.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Singapore with work required onsite at the company's office location.
