Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Distribute benefit enrollment forms and evaluate client eligibility
- Handle and respond to customer service inquiries via phone
- Make and return calls to clients as needed
- Respond to client requests concerning coverage, advocating for their interests
- Create and clarify customized policies using the Needs Analysis platform
- Work closely with management to stay current on offerings, services, and policy changes
