Compensation and Shift Details

• First shift: $19.28/hour
• Second shift: $20.82/hour
• Monday through Thursday schedule
• 1st shift hours: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
• 2nd shift hours: 5:00 pm to 3:30 am

What You Will Do

• Carry out assembly and adjustment tasks by following written procedures to help ensure safe, defect-free output.
• Apply lean manufacturing ideas to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Operate industrial power tools and use lifting equipment to handle heavy parts and components.

Basic Requirements

• At least 6 months of prior work experience is required.
• Availability for overtime as needed to meet operational demand is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Preferred Background

• Two or more years of uninterrupted employment in industrial assembly or manufacturing.
• A consistent work history with signs of steady progression.
• Experience assembling heavy equipment machinery.
