Mountain Technologies Limited specializes in producing custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses. Located in Leading Tickles, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, our facility operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Role Overview

We are actively seeking experienced electronics assemblers to join our production team immediately. This role contributes directly to meeting our increasing production demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out diverse assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, ranging from repetitive to varied tasks.
• Utilize diagrams, drawings, and assembly instructions to perform initial layouts.
• Employ hand tools, power tools, jigs, and saws safely and effectively.
• Perform continuity tests on both work in progress and finished products.
• Possibly conduct quality checks along the production line following company specifications.
• Occasionally disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies according to defined standards.

Candidate Qualifications

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling small parts.
• Strong color vision and overall good eyesight.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions accurately.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication, both verbal and written.

Additional Information

No prior experience is mandatory as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, a quick learner, and a cooperative team member dedicated to continuous operational improvements. Effective communication with both internal and external personnel is essential.

Work schedules are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM.
