About the Role
Join a prestigious global fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company with some of the most trusted and renowned brands worldwide. As an Assistant Brand Manager for Doritos, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of brand marketing strategies that drive innovation, activation, and communications to meet business goals.
You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product launches, brand performance monitoring, and day-to-day brand operations including budget management and annual planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives on product and packaging innovation aligned with consumer insights and growth targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute innovation, activation, and launch strategies.
- Track brand performance, derive insights, and oversee end-to-end innovation projects from concept through launch.
- Manage budget processes, digital marketing channels, and internal brand engagement activities.
- Assist in supporting marketing campaigns and coordinate with agency partners to ensure efficient brand delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a degree, preferably in Marketing, Commerce, or a closely related field.
- Possesses at least 18 months’ experience in FMCG marketing, sales, or category management.
- Demonstrates excellent project management, organizational skills, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Analytically minded and data-driven with the ability to generate actionable business insights from performance metrics.
- Commercially aware, adaptable, and a proactive self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
