Key responsibilities
This position involves keeping records organized, communicating with customers and corporate clients, and supporting internal teams with administrative and sales-related work.
- Maintain and organize business documentation.
- Handle incoming and new customer interactions.
- Create invoices along with quotations.
- Coordinate communication and follow-ups with corporate clients.
- Support sales staff in managing and documenting customer accounts.
- Assist sales and marketing teams with routine coordination tasks.
- Collect marketing information, prepare reports, and share them with the marketing team.
- Help identify new business opportunities and support lead-generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demos when required.
- Assist with negotiations, relationship management, and sales target tracking as needed.
Skills and requirements
The ideal candidate should communicate clearly, work comfortably with MS Office tools, and manage documentation accurately. The role also calls for coordination skills and a basic understanding of customer and client handling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
