Working Hours

This role follows a roster from Monday to Sunday, starting at 2:00 AM and concluding at 12:00 PM, offering an early start with afternoons free.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the ‘‘Everyday ACTs’’ - Acknowledge, Care & Thank - creating delightful products and experiences customers appreciate.
• Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all workstations are clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Lead and support team members, fostering a culture centered on wellbeing, resilience, and collaborative success.
• Continuously develop your baking skills and leadership capabilities with a curious and motivated approach.
• Efficiently handle the demands and pace of a busy bakery environment, including physical tasks and tight deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a recognized formal baking qualification or an equivalent industry credential.
• Have prior experience working in a fast-paced bakery setting.
