Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional design experience, preferably within fast-growing B2B SaaS companies, leading creative agencies, or comparable environments.
- A portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, web and print design, event collateral, and integrated visual experiences.
- Proven ability to develop and evolve brand systems beyond basic guideline execution.
- Strong creative vision with confident communication skills for presenting design rationale to stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of B2B branding, audience insights, and visual storytelling tailored for business contexts.
- Skillful in balancing strategic planning with hands-on production, maintaining quality at all stages.
- Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Webflow or similar web design platforms is advantageous.
- Self-driven with a high degree of ownership, proactive mindset, and capacity to work independently.
- Effective collaborator able to work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales.
