Role Overview

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain regular contact with clients to follow up on payments, addressing any issues promptly to ensure smooth transactions.
Generate and issue precise invoices, track payment status, and keep comprehensive transaction records.
Support sales activities through lead generation, cold calling potential customers, and conducting market analysis to discover new business opportunities.
Contribute to marketing operations by creating detailed Excel reports that document customer interactions and feedback.
Communicate effectively in English to sustain positive client engagement and professional correspondence.

Eligibility

Applicants must be graduates from any discipline.
