Role Overview

This position is based in Chennai and focuses heavily on operational excellence for the assigned set of cities. Key responsibilities include selecting and training new partners, enhancing the quality of existing partners, and leading projects aimed at elevating service quality, innovation, and offerings. Collaboration with multiple teams ensures efficient execution. The role requires a strong sense of ownership and dedication to operational success.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency and quality improvement for service partners within assigned cities.
• Lead key growth initiatives to boost service excellence and innovate category offerings.
• Work cross-functionally to enable smooth implementation of projects and strategies.
• Manage and influence business outcomes directly through ownership of the category operation.

Experience and Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or strategy roles.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and projects with the ability to influence stakeholders.
