Role Overview

The CCTV Operator is responsible for overseeing security camera systems to monitor and ensure the safety of the premises. This role involves real-time surveillance to identify any suspicious behaviors and critical incidents, maintaining accurate video records, and collaborating with security personnel to enhance facility security.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems continuously to detect any unusual or suspicious activities.
• Accurately record incidents, events, and actions as they occur for documentation purposes.
• Alert security staff or law enforcement authorities when suspicious activities are observed and maintain detailed logs of incidents for official records.
• Perform routine checks to ensure all camera equipment is functioning correctly and in optimal condition.
• Communicate effectively with on-site security guards and provide directions when required to manage situations.
• Compile detailed reports and presentations recommending improvements or necessary adjustments to enhance the safety of the facility.
