Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Cleaners to join our team at one of our retail locations. This role is tailored for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, pay close attention to detail, and derive satisfaction from maintaining clean, inviting spaces for both clients and customers.

Work Schedule

• Monday: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM
• Friday: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM
• Every second Saturday: 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM

This position offers award-based wages.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning tasks to a high standard
• Perform spot cleaning on furnishings
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean toilets thoroughly
• Collect rubbish
• Clean internal and external glass surfaces
• Dust all hard surfaces

Candidate Profile

• Prior cleaning experience, especially in a commercial setting, is advantageous
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Capability to follow directions and execute tasks independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service aptitude
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety regulations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including public holidays when necessary
• Experience operating floor care machinery such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus
