Tsteps Private Limited is an IT community platform development company headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The organisation has a team of more than 90 employees and is hiring a client relationship intern for its Chennai/Tiruvannamalai work locations.

Role overview

This internship focuses on handling client interactions, supporting ongoing accounts, and helping ensure a smooth service experience. The selected intern will work in-office on a full-time basis for 6 months and is expected to join immediately.

What you will do

• Take ownership of assigned client accounts and keep them organised.
• Stay in regular touch with clients to maintain strong communication.
• Address client concerns and work toward timely issue resolution.
• Help coordinate service delivery between clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to building long-term customer loyalty.
• Collect, organise, and share client feedback for improvement.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, ready to begin between 6 Jul 2026 and 10 Aug 2026, able to commit for 6 months, and should bring relevant skills and genuine interest in client relationship work.

Additional details
