Role Summary
This is a full-time remote position where you will oversee a portfolio of corporate customers throughout the entire relationship, beginning with onboarding and continuing through long-term account management. Your focus will be on ensuring clients receive measurable value from EBRAND's products and services.
What You Will Do
You will monitor how customers use the platform, identify opportunities to improve outcomes, and intervene early when performance or adoption issues appear. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems quickly and prepare updates and reports that explain progress, actions taken, and next steps for clients.
In addition to routine account management, you will guide clients on digital risk and brand protection strategies, help prevent issues before they become serious, and contribute ideas that improve the company’s service delivery. The role is centered on building durable relationships and earning client trust over time.
Skills and Qualifications
You should have a strong track record of keeping clients engaged and satisfied over the long term. The role calls for someone who builds genuine relationships, communicates reliably, and follows through consistently.
You must be able to interpret client data, understand what it indicates, and turn that insight into practical recommendations. Previous experience in account management, client success, or another client-facing position is preferred, especially within SaaS, digital services, or brand protection.
Strong written and spoken English is required, along with another language such as German or Spanish; additional languages are a plus. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote setup, managing several clients at once, and coordinating across internal teams.
Experience or familiarity with digital risk, online brand protection, or domain management is helpful, though a fast learner with the right attitude will also fit well. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a similar field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience gained on the job.
