Role Overview

This is an active, hands-on content creation position beyond just scheduling or editing. The ideal candidate is someone who instinctively identifies viral content opportunities, captures ideas through phone or camera, and transforms client briefs into organic social content that achieves significant reach. Comfort with high-fidelity cameras and editing on the go is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, film, and occasionally appear in organic content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Stay ahead of social trends by identifying and reacting quickly to movement within social media.
• Manage relationships with creators from start to finish.
• Collaborate with clients as needed, supported by the team.
• Work closely with strategists and the content team to bring client brands to life.
• Maintain strong focus on performance metrics such as reach, saves, shares, and watch time.
