Role Summary

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for AmmoSquared members, providing support through calls, emails, and live chats. Your role involves assisting members with their ammunition reserves—including subscription management, balance inquiries, shipment requests, and resolving account issues—ensuring members feel confident and supported.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound phone calls, emails, and chat messages.
• Assist members in managing their subscriptions, ammunition calibers, budgets, and shipment preferences.
• Diagnose and resolve account, billing, and order concerns efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Clearly explain AmmoSquared's services and platform functionalities using straightforward, jargon-free communication.
• Escalate unique or complex cases to specialized teams, ensuring seamless follow-up without losing member trust.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all customer interactions for continuity and quality assurance.
• Identify recurring trends in customer feedback and relay insights to the appropriate internal teams.
