About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and uphold a systematic data distribution process and schedule for projects, aligned with requirements from clients, project teams, and suppliers.
- Adjust document control systems or schedules as necessary to ensure timely approvals and distribution across stakeholders.
- Promptly update documents to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate document edits with various parties and verify their correctness.
- Maintain detailed records and tracking of project documentation.
- Apply standardized procedures while using discretion for project-specific needs.
- Oversee document tracking and production systems comprehensively.
- Establish and maintain a document control framework covering all document types.
- Produce copies of drawings for production use and distribution to company staff.
- Ensure all finalized documents receive approval signatures from the authorized personnel.
- Distribute document copies to the designated recipients.
- Adhere strictly to the organization's quality assurance procedures throughout document management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree is preferable but not mandatory; holding document control certifications is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable role, especially in construction supervision or engineering design consultancy environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in using Aconex software on large-scale building or commercial projects is critical.
