Role Summary

The company is forming a skilled multidisciplinary team to innovate perfusion technologies, cryoprotectant chemical formulations, and advanced vitrification and rewarming hardware.

The role involves comprehensive engineering challenges spanning electronic, mechanical, and software systems designed with a deep, principle-based approach. Candidates will exercise independence across analog and digital circuitry and control systems. Their work will help transform complex science into elegant, almost magical technology.

Qualifications and Skills

• Robust foundation in scientific disciplines such as physics, chemistry, or biology combined with engineering expertise in electrical, mechanical, or computational fields.
• Proven experience with analog and digital circuit design and analysis.
• Practical knowledge of control systems and mechanical design concepts.
• Possession of a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable area.
• Demonstrated autonomy and exceptional performance in previous roles.

Preferred Experience

• Over 3 years of professional or graduate-level experience in relevant engineering or physics disciplines.
• Startup work environment exposure is advantageous.
