Role Overview
In this role, you will oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of various events including trade shows, conferences, and executive roundtables, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies. Collaboration will be key, partnering with corporate marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to seamlessly integrate events into broader campaigns aimed at driving attendee engagement and nurturing leads post-event.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end coordination and management of events such as tradeshows, conferences, and executive roundtables.
- Work cross-functionally to align events with marketing and sales go-to-market strategies.
- Embed events effectively within multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and lead nurturing.
- Manage and negotiate with external vendors including production teams, AV suppliers, venues, and booth providers to ensure quality event delivery.
- Monitor event performance by tracking KPIs, preparing detailed post-event analyses, and refining strategies based on insights and feedback.
- Maintain brand integrity by ensuring all event-related messaging and presentation reflect Check Point's values and capabilities consistently.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in B2B event marketing, ideally within cybersecurity or SaaS industries.
- Demonstrated success with measurable outcomes in event marketing roles.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and CRM platforms like Salesforce is preferred.
- Exceptional communication abilities, including written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills.
- Innovative and creative mindset with a passion for delivering impactful event experiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20–30% for event participation and execution.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

The salary for this position ranges broadly from $72,900 to $166,500 annually, based on factors such as experience, certifications, location, and organizational needs.
