Frontend Developer (React)

Overview

This is a contract opportunity for a Frontend Developer focused on building modern web experiences with React.js. The role is fully remote and involves working an estimated 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation is offered at an hourly rate of $30 to $100.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and support responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript.
• Work side by side with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ship polished features.
• Convert wireframes and visual mockups into interactive, accessible user interfaces.
• Improve page performance, scalability, and compatibility across major browsers.
• Produce clean, reusable, and well-structured code with clear documentation.
• Take part in code reviews, share useful feedback, and support the growth of junior team members.

Requirements

• Advanced practical experience creating web applications with React.js and JavaScript.
• Strong capability to design and maintain responsive, user-focused interfaces.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, along with a collaborative working style.
• Solid troubleshooting skills, including debugging, performance optimization, and browser compatibility work.
• Hands-on experience connecting applications to RESTful APIs and external services.
