About the Role

Tech Genius 24x7 is seeking a driven Full Stack AI Engineer to join their innovative team located in Noida Sector 63. The role emphasizes building end-to-end AI-driven web applications, leveraging cutting-edge AI development tools to foster rapid innovation. This position suits individuals passionate about resolving real-world challenges, developing scalable software products, and exploring AI-enhanced development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full web applications and software solutions from the ground up utilizing AI-enhanced development tools.
• Design, build, and manage both frontend and backend systems.
• Own the entire development process, including planning, architecture, deployment, and upkeep.
• Create scalable, secure, and production-ready software.
• Use AI-assisted coding platforms to enhance development efficiency, code quality, and productivity.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical implementations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to craft innovative internal products.
• Identify and resolve issues to optimize application performance continually.
• Adhere to best practices in coding standards, documentation, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in full stack software development and building applications from scratch.
• Deep understanding of AI-assisted development workflows and modern frontend/backend architectures.
• Experience in creating secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Proficient in REST APIs, databases, user authentication, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and contemporary development methodologies.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with full ownership and responsibility.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Motivation for continuous learning and self-improvement.

Preferred AI Tool Experience

• Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude, DeepSeek, Devin, GitHub Copilot (preferred), and ChatGPT (preferred).

Terms & Conditions

• Location: Noida Sector 63
• Working days: Monday through Friday (5 days a week)
• Experience needed: 3 to 4 years in relevant fields
• Salary: Attractive salary package with a significant raise compared to the last-earned salary, based on skills and expertise.
