• Maintain sales floor coverage including assisting front-end operations when required, coordinating with colleagues to guarantee product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Organize assigned sales areas by zoning to uphold cleanliness and order, relocating featured products to designated spots, and handling product recovery from service desks and other store sections.
• Manage stock replenishment and modular display setup, including downstocking, securing products, and updating shelf layouts and new caps.
• Ensure safety compliance by creating a hazard-free workplace per company policies, performing safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Exhibit flexibility in work scheduling by being available for a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate store operational needs.

• Effectively managing a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment with efficient workload planning, especially during overnight shifts.

Compensation
