Job Summary

This position focuses on hands-on training for support level manufacturing roles. The trainee will engage in various general manufacturing activities as part of their learning process.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete on-the-job training to efficiently transition into a support-level manufacturing employee.
• Perform basic to moderately complex manufacturing tasks as instructed throughout the training period.
• Fulfill any required certification or testing aligned with the assigned role.
• Follow all health and safety protocols under supervisor guidance.
• Adhere strictly to company security policies and procedures.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Qualifications

• Capability to read and understand simple instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.
• Basic ability to write, read, and interpret visual aids.
• Apply practical reasoning to execute straightforward, one- or two-step tasks.
• Handle routine scenarios with minimal variability.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret graphical data and diagrams.
